Nourish is building a bold, AI-native health platform to improve access to nutrition care across the United States. We are hiring a Provider Partnerships Associate to drive patient referrals by building strong relationships with clinicians, medical offices, and health systems.

Based in East Bay, CA, this full-time role focuses on field-based outreach, account growth, and collaboration with a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or high-performance environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals and quotas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow a provider referral territory through field meetings with primary care physicians and clinic staff.
• Maintain momentum in accounts with regular follow-up and strategic planning.
• Achieve monthly referral goals and contribute to account growth over time.
• Manage territory like a business, balancing new business with long-term development.
• Document activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce and collaborate with leadership.
