Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in the Atlanta area. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You’ll spend substantial time in the field, cultivating partnerships, hitting monthly referral targets, and expanding accounts. Reporting to a Regional Manager, this role offers rapid growth within a high-growth healthcare

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or sports backgrounds welcome.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to spend most weeks in the field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend most days in the field meeting with physicians, staff, and administrators.
• Build relationships to drive referral volume and trust.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from scratch.
• Track activity and performance in Salesforce; collaborate with leadership.
