Job summary

Nourish seeks a Provider Partnerships Associate in Sarasota, FL to grow a provider referral territory. This field-based role focuses on relationship-building with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff to drive patient referrals to Nourish and access to nutrition care.

You will report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager, spend most weeks in the field, and help scale a fast-growing healthcare organization with high ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Track record of hitting goals and building trust with clients.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers and staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinic personnel.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships.
• Grow referral volume and manage accounts with strategic territory planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on outcomes.
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce and collaborate with leadership.
