Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in Thousand Oaks, CA. This field-based role focuses on building partnerships with healthcare providers to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will spend most of your time in the field meeting with physicians, medical staff, and administrators, while reporting to a regional manager and contributing to a high-growth team improving access to care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in high-performance environments.
• Track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management, consistent follow‑up, and strategic territory planning.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Partner closely with leadership and teammates to share learnings, improve processes, and help scale the organization.
