Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate in Tampa, FL. In this field-based role you will grow a provider referral territory by building relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting providers, offices, and administrators, while collaborating with leadership to scale the territory and improve patient access to care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or healthcare-related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management and strategic planning.
• Become a trusted resource to providers by educating them on Nourish.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage your territory like a small business, balancing new business with account growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Partner with leadership to share learnings and scale the organization.
