Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory through field-based engagement with healthcare providers. You will focus on building trust, expanding referrals, and ensuring insurance-covered nutrition care across the El Paso to Las Cruces corridor.

Qualifications

• Field-based, in-person sales experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency required for territory.
• 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles in healthcare/high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
• Spend five days per week in the field meeting providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and strategic planning.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
