Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in Northwest AR. The role is field-based, focusing on building trust with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will report to the Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and help scale the organization through strategic territory growth. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, strong relationship-building

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field-based sales and travel.
• Highly coachable and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend most of your time in the field meeting healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and track activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale the organization.
