Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory through in-person engagement with healthcare professionals in the Main Line, PA area. The role emphasizes relationship-building, new business development, and long-term account growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or other high‑performance roles in healthcare, customer-facing environments, or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field and travel within a 1‑hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, and administrators to create referral partnerships.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and territory planning.
• Track activity and performance in Salesforce and coordinate with leadership to scale the organization.
