Job summary

Nourish is a leading diagnostics and nutrition care provider transforming access to dietitian-led metabolic health services. We are seeking aProvider Partnerships Manager in Atlanta to expand our provider network and drive insurance-covered referrals.

You’ll spend most of your time in the field building trust with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff, growing referral volume and establishing long-term partnerships that scale with company growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales or other customer-facing roles in high-performance environments.
• Track record of hitting goals, competing, or outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management and strategic territory planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage your territory like your own business, balancing new business development with long-term growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and scale the organization.
