Job summary

Nourish in New Orleans, LA seeks a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory through field-based engagement with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff. You will build trust, expand referrals, and help patients access insurance-covered nutrition care.

In this role, you’ll split time between in-person visits and strategic planning, report to the Provider Partnerships Regional Manager, and contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven team that values

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or other customer-facing roles
• Healthcare or high-performance environments experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with field-based, quota-driven sales

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market
• Spend majority of time in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management, consistent follow-up, and strategic territory planning
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce
• Partner closely with leadership and teammates to share learnings, improve processes, and help scale the organization
