Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Sales) in the Wichita, KS area to grow a provider referral territory by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers and teams. This field-based role focuses on driving patient referrals to Nourish through relationship-building and strategic territory growth.

You will spend most of your time in the field with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff, aiming to increase referral volume while helping patients

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare or high-performance environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers within a 1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and admins.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage your territory balancing new business development with long-term growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Partner with leadership to share learnings and improve processes.
