Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional to implement brand strategy in the assigned territory, manage key accounts, and drive short- and long-term sales performance with patient-centered focus.

You will create and execute call plans, address objections, build trusted relationships with providers, and collaborate across commercial teams while upholding AbbVie's code of conduct and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
• Five years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry with 3+ years in sales preferred.
• Ability to adapt selling style to customer behavior in a matrix environment.
• Proven track record in selling and solid presentation skills.
• Strong product/therapeutic knowledge and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel and pass HCIR credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call results to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and address customer needs to reach win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence to align brand strategy with field needs.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition and engage disease state experts and speakers.
