Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, Bachelor, or equivalent with relevant patient services or access experience.
• Experience with buy-and-bill or infused therapies is preferred.
• Understanding of reimbursement processes including prior authorizations and denials.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access and reimbursement support for infused and specialty therapies.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and providers with insurance benefits and prior authorization.
• Help resolve coverage barriers and communicate billing considerations.
• Educate patients on coverage, co-pay programs, and patient assistance resources.
• Educate offices and sites on coverage pathways and billing practices.
• Investigate access challenges and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Site of Care teams.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in internal systems.
