Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field preferred.
• RN or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare with 5+ years in patient services or care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide education on disease state, therapy, and expectations using approved materials.
• Coordinate support services and resources to assist patients and caregivers.
• Support reimbursement processes including prior authorizations, denials, and reauthorizations.
• Engage with healthcare providers and infusion centers to ensure readiness and continuity of care.
