Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for oncology patients and providers in the Los Angeles/Central CA area. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing therapy support, coordinating enrollment and payer interactions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and GSK policies.

The role requires 3+ years in access-related functions, ability to travel up to 20%, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff with approved oncology benefit information.
• Conduct welcome calls and ongoing journey touchpoints across program specifics.
• Assist patient enrollment in GSK services, guiding enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Provide program-specific treatment education using approved guides and product information.
• Educate patients on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy and other GSK support teams as needed.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
