Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; oncology access experience preferred.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or related access programs.
• Ability to travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff on coverage and access.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and PAP utilization.
• Guide enrolment, document interactions, and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and REMS.
• Identify access barriers and escalate to specialist access and leadership when needed.
• Maintain case records in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA compliance.
