National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is hiring an Elite Outside Sales Advocate. This is a Hunter/Closer role focused on growing NFIB membership through face-to-face engagement with small business owners in your local market.

You will operate in a hybrid environment, spending most time in the field while enjoying a structured, supportive team and market-leading commission plans. You will benefit from paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission and bonus

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership or territory management experience.
• Relational grit to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
• Coach mentality and willingness to learn a proven sales model.
• Strong perseverance and ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by conducting in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in DC and state capitals.
