Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in the United States to support acute urology product lines and clinical services. You will travel within your region to deliver in-servicing, product demonstrations, and assessments while building strong customer relationships and helping drive revenue.

This developmental role focuses on gaining clinical experience, refining selling skills, and preparing for a Territory Manager position.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; 0–2 years of general sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
• Ability to travel up to 80% including overnight travel.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Regional Manager to drive sales revenue by covering accounts, conducting product in-servicing, product assessments, and demonstrations.
• Communicates new business opportunities and product interest to Territory Manager.
• Builds and maintains relationships within supported accounts.
• Coordinates with field sales, logistics, timing, strategy, and execution of customer evaluations.
• Performs product demonstrations and customer education as required.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and territory management skills.
• Controls expenses within budget per BD guidelines.
• Attends local, regional, and national medical conferences as required.
