BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide field support for acute urology products, travel within assigned region, in-servicing, product assessments, and demonstrations. This developmental role builds clinical experience and selling skills toward a Territory Manager position.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in general sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 80%. Valid driver's license and COVID vaccination are required by BD policy.

Formación

• Experience working in a team environment, preferably within a sales environment.

• Good judgment and maturity.
• Demonstrates a sound understanding of basic mathematical processes and has little difficulty in assimilating information of a numerical nature.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company. Driving records may be monitored on an annual basis or as needed.
• Must possess and maintain a criminal background satisfactory to BD. Criminal backgrounds may be monitored on an annual basis or as needed.
• Must be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result in accordance with the requirements of the customer/medical facility serviced.
• Must have and provide proof of COVID 19 Vaccination per Company policy/guidelines.
• Strong time management skills with an ability to maintain numerous priorities and meet established deadlines.
• Self-motivated, takes on additional responsibilities, and balances priorities with minimal direction.
• Maintain vendor credentialing and / or certification in respective clinical field.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Regional Manager to drive sales via in-servicing, product assessments, and demonstrations.
• Communicates new business opportunities and product interest to the Territory Manager.
• Builds and maintains sustainable relationships within supported accounts.
• Coordinates with field sales, logistics, timing, strategy, and execution of customer evaluations.
• Performs product demonstrations and customer education.
• Develops clinical knowledge in relevant disease states.
• Develops territory management and selling skills.
• Controls expenses within budget and BD guidelines.
• Maintains communication with the sales team, customer service, management, and home office.
• Demonstrates commitment to patient safety and quality per BD policies.
• Completes required administrative duties: call reports, expense reports, etc.
• Attends/reg BD at conferences as required.
• Takes proactive Vendor Credentialing planning for customer travel.
