Developmental position aimed at building clinical experience, selling skills, and advancing to a Territory Manager. Extensive travel, integrity, and adherence to BD policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required).
• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Criminal background satisfactory to BD.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Regional Manager to drive sales revenue by covering accounts and conducting product in-servicing and demonstrations.
• Communicates new business opportunities and product interest to the Territory Manager.
• Builds and maintains sustainable business relationships within accounts.
• Coordinates with field sales, logistics, timing, strategy, and customer evaluations.
• Performs product demonstrations and customer education as required.
• Maintains a high level of clinical knowledge and territory management skills.
• Manages expenses within budget and adheres to BD policies.
