BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide field-level support for acute urology products and clinical services. The role involves extensive regional travel to service accounts, conduct product demonstrations, and drive revenue in existing and new business opportunities.

This developmental position aims to build clinical experience and selling skills, guiding individuals toward the Territory Manager path.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a team environment, preferably within a sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong capacity to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
• Good judgment and maturity.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company.
• Must be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including drug screenings when required.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 per Company policy.
• Strong time management and ability to balance priorities.

Responsabilités

• Supports Regional Manager to drive sales revenue through account coverage, in-servicing, product assessments and demonstrations.
• Communicates new business opportunities and product interest to the Territory Manager.
• Builds and maintains relationships within supported accounts.
• Coordinates with field sales, logistics, timing, strategy, and execution of customer evaluations.
• Performs product demonstrations and customer education as required.
• Maintains clinical knowledge across relevant disease states and territory management skills.
• Controls expenses within budget and adheres to BD policies.
• Attends local, regional and national medical conferences as required.
• Completes administrative duties including call reports and expense reports on time.
