Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a field-based Long-Term Care (LTC) Specialty Account Manager to drive LTC commercialization across an assigned geography and execute marketing strategies for a successful launch. You will be a disease-state expert, product champion, and account specialist, providing territory insights and payer navigation support.

You will build relationships with LTC care teams, coordinate with cross-functional groups, manage a promotional budget, and attend congresses as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling environments.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within the geography of the assigned territory.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing differential resources to achieve business goals.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently under accelerated timelines.
• Strong digital marketing aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption in LTC facilities.
• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements.
• Develop a comprehensive territory business plan inclusive of account plans for targeted LTC facilities.
• Promote within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair, and ethical manner.
