Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Account Manager for the Chicago, IL area. The role focuses on growing Carrier Commercial Service through service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings, while building trusted advisor relationships with customers to optimize performance and lifecycle value.

The position is field-based around Chicago, with lucrative commission, a company car program, and strong training support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops and mechanical spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities in the Chicago area.
• Maintain CRM to track sales activities and hit annual targets.
• Deliver tailored proposals, secure bookings, and renew service agreements.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC Service portfolio including service agreements, repairs and modernizations.
• Create and maintain territory and account plans; present at customer seminars.
