Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service in South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. You will identify opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings, connecting Carrier solutions to customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, pipeline management, and consultative closing to drive renewals and new bookings with a strong field presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Experience in HVAC service contracting, controls or energy services is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions.
• Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans as needed.
• Present at customer seminars to develop relationships and opportunities.
• Promote Carrier value linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions.
• Utilize CRM to manage interactions and opportunity pipeline.
