Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by pursuing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, and digital offerings. The role focuses on building trusted advisor relationships, optimizing building assets, and delivering outcomes that reduce operating expenses and lifecycle costs.

Formación

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related HVAC services roles.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related HVAC services roles.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops, mechanical rooms, and elevated platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop territory plans and grow strategic accounts.
• Manage pipeline and CRM to hit annual targets.
• Close renewals and secure service agreements.
• Sell Carrier’s service products, repairs, and modernization offerings.
• Present at customer seminars and build trusted advisor relationships.
