Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience, service contractor experience, or related technical sales.
• Ability to discuss HVAC systems with customers and translate requirements into proposals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain CRM with accurate activity and opportunity data to hit annual targets.
• Negotiate service agreements, renewals, and proactively manage key accounts.
• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC service products and solutions.
• Create territory/account plans and present at customer seminars to cultivate opportunities.
• Build credibility with knowledge of Carrier products and solutions and map them to customer needs.
