Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by identifying, developing, and advancing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and other lifecycle offerings. You will build trusted advisor relationships to optimize building asset performance and lifecycle value.

The role requires field work in South Alabama or the Florida Panhandle, managing territory growth and supporting customers in Alabama and Florida.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. and access rooftops and mechanical spaces.
• Experience selling service agreements, planned maintenance, repairs or modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account planning and growth to expand relationships and opportunities.
• Pipeline management and CRM usage to hit annual targets.
• Consultative closing and renewals for service agreements.
