Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager to support healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients across the territory. This field-based role drives referral optimization, provider education, and patient access improvements while building strong account relationships.

You will conduct in-person visits, collaborate with referral coordinators and territory managers, and help remove onboarding barriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year in healthcare administration, referral management, intake, or related field.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned geography for in-person visits.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals from providers and sources to facilitate onboarding and order fulfillment.
• Partner with care teams to resolve barriers to referral, documentation, and patient access.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Educate providers and staff on referral requirements, onboarding processes, and company programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
