Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager for Central Florida to act as a field-based extension of our sales team in Orlando, focusing on healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients to improve onboarding and patient access.

You will drive referral optimization, educate providers, and engage accounts to meet territory sales objectives, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare administration, referral management, intake, customer service, patient services, physician office operations, or a related healthcare field.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned geography and conduct frequent in-person customer visits.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage territory activities and competing priorities.
• Employees in this role are expected to meet healthcare customers in person at their facilities or healthcare systems; therefore, credentialing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals from healthcare providers and referral sources to enable onboarding.
• Engage accounts to achieve territory sales objectives and develop a strategic plan for growth.
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on referral requirements and patient access processes.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to strengthen relationships and improve referral management and patient access.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to stakeholders and systems.
