Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager to support healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients across the patient access journey. The role drives referral optimization, provider education, patient access support, and account engagement to improve provider and patient outcomes.

As a field-based partner, you will conduct in-person visits, remove onboarding barriers, strengthen relationships, and drive adoption of products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography and conduct in-person visits.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals from healthcare providers and referral sources to facilitate onboarding, insurance verification, and order fulfillment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve barriers in referral, documentation, reimbursement, and patient access.
• Engage accounts and execute a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Educate providers and staff on referral requirements, patient onboarding, and available resources.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to stakeholders through in-person visits.
