Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager to support healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients throughout the patient access journey. This field-based role drives referral optimization, provider education, patient access support, and account engagement to improve outcomes across the territory.

You will conduct in-person visits, remove onboarding barriers, and collaborate with Territory Managers, Customer Service, and Operations to enhance referral management and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare administration, referral management, intake, customer service, or related healthcare field.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned geography for in-person visits.
• Credentialing requirements to access healthcare facilities must be met.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals from providers and sources to enable onboarding, verification, and order fulfillment.
• Resolve barriers with cross-functional teams to improve patient access and outcomes.
• Develop and execute a clear plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Educate providers and staff on referral requirements and patient onboarding processes.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to strengthen relationships and improve referral conversion.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance in company systems.
