Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager to support healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients across a defined territory. You will drive referral optimization, education, and patient access improvements by partnering with providers and internal teams.

You will conduct in-person visits, resolve onboarding barriers, and execute strategic plans to expand product usage and adherence across the geography.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in healthcare administration, referral management, intake, customer service or related field.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned geography and conduct frequent in-person visits.
• Proactive, able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage providers and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals to facilitate onboarding, insurance verification, and orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve barriers to referral and patient access.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet sales objectives.
• Engage accounts to maximize customer engagement and product adoption.
• Educate providers and staff on referral requirements and patient access processes.
• Visit healthcare providers and referral sources in person to strengthen relationships.
