Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager for Central Florida (Orlando, FL) to support healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients. The role focuses on minimizing barriers to onboarding, improving referral conversion, and expanding account engagement across the territory.

The candidate will drive provider education, patient access initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with teams to optimize referrals and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare administration, referral management, intake, customer service, patient services or related field.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned geography and conduct frequent in-person visits.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Employees must complete credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals from healthcare providers and referral sources to enable onboarding, insurance verification, and order fulfillment.
• Engage accounts and develop a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to strengthen relationships with providers and referral sources.
• Serve as an educational resource on referral requirements, patient onboarding, and available resources.
