Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager to work in the field, supporting healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients across the territory. You will drive referral optimization, provider education, and patient access initiatives to improve outcomes and adoption of products and services.

As a trusted partner, you will remove onboarding barriers, strengthen relationships, and execute strategic plans to achieve territory sales objectives while educating healthcare staff on

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year in healthcare administration, referral management, intake, customer service, patient services, or related healthcare field.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned geography and conduct frequent in-person visits.
• Credentials to access healthcare facilities may be required.

• Oversee referrals to facilitate onboarding, insurance verification, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve referral, documentation, reimbursement, and patient access barriers.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Engage accounts and educate providers to maximize customer engagement.
• Review patient records and obtain physician orders and billing information.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to strengthen relationships and improve referral conversion.
• Educate providers and office staff on referral requirements, onboarding processes, and available programs.
