Job summary

Comfort Medical, LLC is seeking an Account Success Manager to support healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients across the territory. This field-based role focuses on referral optimization, provider education, and patient access improvements to drive outcomes.

You will work with care teams to remove onboarding barriers, increase product adoption, and strengthen relationships through in-person visits and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in healthcare administration, referral management, intake, patient services, or related field.
• Ability to travel across assigned geography and conduct in-person visits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities must be met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals and onboarding to facilitate timely patient care and insurance verification.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators, Territory Managers, and Operations to remove barriers to patient access and reimbursement.
• Engage accounts with a strategic plan to meet territory sales objectives and drive product utilization.
• Educate providers and staff on referral requirements, documentation standards, and available resources.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to stakeholders.
