Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager to support healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients across the territory. You will drive referrals, enhance onboarding, and foster provider engagement while ensuring compliance and high-quality patient access.

As a trusted partner, you will educate staff on referral requirements, coordinate with teams to remove barriers, and visit accounts to strengthen relationships and optimize product adoption.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in healthcare administration, referral management, intake, customer service, patient services, or related field.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned geography and conduct in-person visits.
• Ability to manage territory activities and customer relationships.
• Credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities must be met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals from providers to facilitate onboarding, insurance verification, and order fulfillment.
• Engage accounts and execute a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Educate providers and staff on referral requirements and patient access processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
• Support patient transitions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
