Zusammenfassung

Comfort Medical is seeking an Account Success Manager to drive referral optimization and patient access across the assigned territory. This field-based position partners with healthcare providers and referral sources to remove onboarding barriers and increase product adoption.

You will conduct in-person visits, educate providers on processes and resources, and collaborate with Territory Managers to support account growth and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned geography and conduct frequent in-person visits.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Oversee referrals from healthcare providers and referral sources to facilitate timely patient onboarding and order fulfillment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve referral, documentation, reimbursement, and patient access barriers.
• Engage targeted accounts and develop a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
