Zusammenfassung

Formic is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area. You will serve as the primary advisory partner for customers, delivering engineering, operational, training, and administrative support, and driving opportunities for growth.

You will travel regionally to customer sites, monitor account health, and collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to ensure successful automation adoption and renewal.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing operations role within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Familiarity with robotic automation systems in manufacturing/production settings.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and related ticketing/project systems.
• Ability to travel ~30% to customer sites across the region; valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary consultative partner and point of contact for assigned customers; provide technical, operational, training, and administrative support and identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular site visits and travel throughout the region to assess satisfaction and drive adoption of automation solutions.
• Monitor customer health and engagement, identify risks, and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to guide first-time automation buyers through their journey.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and feedback for product/service enhancements.
