Job summary

Formic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary consultative partner for our North American customers, visiting sites and driving adoption of robotic automation. You will coordinate with Sales, Deployment and Service teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing value.

The role requires 3-5+ years in manufacturing operations, familiarity with robotic automation, and strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with robotic automation systems in manufacturing settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultative partner and point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing value.
• Conduct site visits and travel to customer sites to assess satisfaction and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to guide customers through their automation journey and identify growth opportunities.
