Job summary

Formic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact and trusted adviser for our manufacturing customers. You will visit sites, guide deployments, and coordinate across Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to ensure value realization of our automation solutions.

You will monitor customer health and engagement, mitigate risks, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, helping customers maximize ROI from our Robotics-as-a-Service platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a manufacturing operations role.
• Familiarity with robotic automation systems in manufacturing env.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultative partner and point of contact for your customer group; identify expansion opportunities.
• Oversee regular site visits and travel throughout your region to assess satisfaction and provide training.
• Monitor health and engagement; mitigate risks and solicit feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to guide first-time automation buyers.
