Job summary

Formic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for our manufacturing customers in the field, driving adoption of robotic automation and coordinating across Sales, Deployment, and Service teams.

You will monitor customer health, identify growth opportunities, and relay feedback to product and service teams to improve outcomes. Domestic travel ~30% and proximity to a major airport preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a manufacturing operations role.
• Familiarity with robotic automation in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary consultative partner and POC for customers.
• Coordinate training, support, and expansion opportunities.
• Visit sites and travel region to assess satisfaction with deployed robots.
• Monitor health/engagement and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to guide customers.
