Zusammenfassung

Formic Technologies seeks a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary consultative partner for a portfolio of manufacturing customers. You will visit sites, coordinate technical, operations, and training support, and work with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to ensure successful automation delivery.

You will monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for expansion in existing accounts, providing feedback to drive product and service improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in a manufacturing operations role within a factory or production setting.
• Familiarity with robotic automation systems in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Calm, decisive judgment during escalations and shifting priorities.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities through customer insight and outcomes.
• Experience using CRM and project/tracking tools such as Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary consultative partner and point of contact for assigned customers.
• Visit sites, provide technical, operational, training, and administrative support.
• Drive solutions with internal teams to ensure successful automation delivery.
• Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate customer feedback to product and process teams for improvements.
• Travel regionally (~30%) to customer sites and foster strong relationships.
