Formic is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Bolingbrook, IL to drive adoption and expansion of our automation solutions. You will partner with manufacturing customers, visit sites, and coordinate across Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to ensure value realization.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in manufacturing operations, strong CRM skills (Salesforce), and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while traveling up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with robotic automation systems in manufacturing.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and customer relationship tools such as Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary consultative partner and point of contact for customers.
• Oversee site visits and travel ~30% to assess satisfaction and train customers.
• Monitor health and engagement; mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to guide automation journeys.
• Identify opportunities for expanding products and services within accounts.
• Provide feedback to drive product and service enhancements.
