Job summary
Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager based in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on growing Carrier Commercial Service through opportunities in service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, and digital solutions.
You will build trusted advisor relationships to optimize building assets and lifecycle value. The position requires field work with customers, strong sales acumen, and the ability to translate technical needs into business outcomes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years in commercial HVAC sales or related field.
- Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs and access rooftops and mechanical spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop territory plans and expand relationships with clients.
- Track sales activities and manage pipeline in CRM to hit targets.
- Present at customer seminars and craft tailored proposals.
- Negotiate service agreements and renewals to maximize value.
- Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC service products and solutions.
- Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans.
