Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service in the South Alabama and Florida Panhandle markets. You will identify opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings while building trusted advisor relationships with customers to optimize building asset performance and lifecycle value.

The role is field-based, focusing on expanding relationships with new and existing clients, managing pipelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related roles.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs and work safely on rooftops or mechanical areas.

Responsibilities

• Sell Carrier HVAC service products and solutions (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
• Develop territory and account plans; grow relationships with clients.
• Present at customer seminars to generate opportunities and close deals.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate service agreements and renewals to achieve annual targets.
