Job summary

Verbal Beginnings seeks a field-based BCBA to deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, and communities. You will develop and adapt treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and empower families with education and coaching to support child progress across daily settings.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA, a Master's in ABA, and Delaware licensure or active pursuit. This role offers flexibility, strong supervision, and professional growth opportunities within a BHCOE-accredited program.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed in Delaware (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A genuine dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support your team of RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through hands-on education and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and ensure high-quality care.
