You will supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a BHCOE-accredited training site, contributing to high-quality outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field) is required.
• BCBA certification required and Maryland licensure preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA-based treatment in field settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and studies progress.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field and ensure clinical quality.
