Job summary
Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into home, school, and community settings. You will assess needs, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while coaching families to implement strategies in daily life.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Licensed in Virginia (or pursuing licensure) at time of hire.
- Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes, schools, and communities for assessments.
- Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
- Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field with clinical consistency.
- Partner with families through education and coaching to implement strategies.
- Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
