Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care directly into children’s homes, schools, and communities. You will develop and refine treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to support progress in everyday settings.

You will work with a BHCOE-accredited training site, collaborating with a team of professionals to maintain high-quality outcomes. Delaware licensure is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed in Delaware (or pursuing licensure) at hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Educate and coach families to carry strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
