Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings across Maryland. You will develop evidence-based treatment plans and mentor RBTs while partnering with families to support child progress.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA or related field.
BCBA certification.
Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings for assessments.
Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
Train, supervise, and support RBTs to ensure clinical consistency.
Partner with families through education and coaching.
Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and improve care.
